INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 lemon
- 8 mint leaves
- 2.5cl elderflower syrup
- 12cl Blanche de Namur
RECIPE
Put the half lemon and mint leaves into a glass, crush with a pestle, add ice cubes and the syrup, and top up with the Blanche de Namur beer.
GARNISH
Garnish with a slice of lemon and a bunch of mint.
