A subtle blend of the unique taste of Blanche de Namur, to which our brewers have added raspberry juice and natural flavourings. A summer taste, subtly smooth and slightly acidic to increase its refreshing power.
Aspect
Blanche de Namur Rosée is a fruity beer with a misty pink colour and a fine, creamy white foam.
Nose
Highly fragrant, the nose gives off aromas of raspberry, strawberry, wheat and malt for slightly sweet, malty flavours with hints of flowers and red fruit. It's lively, cheerful, and it calls for spring.
Taste
The raspberry flavour masks the bitterness of the yeast, but this doesn't disappear completely and sustains the palate to avoid an excess of fruit flavour. Soft and creamy, this low carbonation beer has an extremely smooth finish and is very refreshing.
Serve
Serve chilled between 2° and 4°C to enjoy the fruity and malty aromas.
Association
Matches perfectly with salads flavoured with raspberry vinegar or desserts made with red fruit. It can also be served as an aperitif on a sunny terrace with a plate of delicatessen to share.
