Blanche de Namur IPA revisits tradition with a modern twist. It combines the roundness and freshness of a white beer with the hop notes characteristic of IPAs. With its floral and fruity profile, enriched by the intense aromas of Mosaic hops, it offers a balanced experience of finesse and character.
Milky hazy blonde.
A savory, immediate citrus/grapefruit aroma, with a delicate orange blossom base. The characteristics of American hops are clearly distinguishable, with resinous and exotic fruit notes).
On the palate, an attack of coriander opens the ball, followed by a dominance of green hops. Bitterness develops gradually (dry hopping), without leaving any aftertaste. Roundness is moderate, but well marked by the hops. A residual touch of black pepper may appear, depending on sensitivities.
Serve at between 4° and 5° to enjoy the aromas of spices and citrus fruits
Perfect with poultry, cheese dishes or to enjoy with Asian or spicy dishes.
